Your rights when you buy from us;

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 for online purchases and phone orders, consumers have a right to cancel orders within 30 days, beginning the day after the goods are received. This covers even changing your mind but you must return the goods at your own cost, Unused and 100% complete including the packaging and undamaged gift boxes etc as received.

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, within this initial period, there are implied terms in our agreement that the goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for the intended purpose and as described at the time of delivery. Should this not be the case, we will be responsible for a collecting and returning the goods, we do not refund postage if you choose to return it yourself.

Complaints Procedure

We have been in business for over 20 years and understand that sometimes things can go wrong. In the first instance please send an email and we will act accordingly.
